i am a wife to a drug addict.
we have been married for 7 1/2 years, and have known each other for 9. together we have made 4 children, and i was blessed with 1 that he gave me from a prior relationship. we love all 5 kids equally. they are all "ours". i can't imagine life without any of them, nor can i imagine it without him. we all love him immensely!
my husband has always been a great father and a sufficient husband. he is the sole provider to our family. i am a stay-at-home mom for our younguns.
i found out in july of '10 that he was using drugs (methamphetamines and marijuana). before that i knew he struggled with pot, but had NO IDEA of his history and usage of meth!
recovery started immediately after admitting to his loved ones that he indeed had a problem...
